Lauren Autenrieth, E-RYT200/RYT500 certified in Hatha Yoga in 2008, completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga training in 2013, and is proud to hold a 300 hour certification from Integrative Om RYS. She has studied various styles of yoga and healing including Iyengar with Arturo Galvez and Daniela Kent, yoga therapy with Alison Scola, Thai massage, Yin Yoga, pre and post-natal and kids yoga as well as yoga for special populations. Over the last decade she has come to believe 3 things- that travel and experiences outside of your own are the foundations of empathy and understanding; yoga offers simplicity in its ancient wisdom; and that if we as human beings are able to practice and live with mindfulness, seemingly small acts can make a big difference. Lauren's classes range from fluid and dynamic Vinyasa to a gentle and healing Hatha practice. She wants nothing more than to make human connections and backbend around the world but also enjoys evenings home, snuggled up with a good book and some peanut butter. Lauren is the founder of the San Diego based yoga and events company Heart Space.

Private Yoga Instruction
One-on-one session in your home, office or location of your choosing. Lauren specializes in new student integration, pre & post-natal instruction as well as intermediate and advanced instruction for practitioners looking to deepen and further their practice safely and effectively.
A consultation to discuss your past, current and future yoga and fitness goals.
A unique session of breathing techniques and postures (pranayama & asana) customized to meet you where you're at in your practice. We'll move at a pace that suits you and focus on strengthening, increasing flexibility, generating body awareness and aid in healing any injuries or areas of discomfort.
Learn proper alignment and modifications through hands on adjustments and with the help of props in order to avoid injury and move safely throughout your practice. (props provided)
